Syrup biscuits
Ingredients
400 g margarine
400 g sugar
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
600 g flour
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Beat the margarine with sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in egg yolks and syrup.
Add cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda and flour and knead everything into a smooth dough.
Place teaspoons of dough on a lined baking tray. Leave enough space between the piles.
Place in preheated oven for about 8 minutes until the biscuits are a delicious golden brown.
