Ginger Cookies
Ingredients
500 g brown sugar
250g margarine
2 eggs
500 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, beat sugar and margarine with the eggs until it's fluffy.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon, cloves and ginger and stir everything into a smooth dough.
Roll small balls with your hand. Place the balls on a lined baking tray. Flatten it very gently with a fork.
Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
