Black and white cookies

Ingredients

225g flour
1 tbsp cocoa
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
90 ml vegetable oil
300g sugar
300g dark chocolate
2 tsp ground vanilla
3 eggs
100 g powdered sugar

Preparation

Divide the dark chocolate into two parts - melt 120 g of chocolate, chop the remaining 180 g of chocolate.

In a large bowl, combine the oil with the sugar, eggs, vanilla...

...and mix the melted chocolate .

Then add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and work everything into a smooth dough.

Finally, carefully stir in the chopped chocolate.

Chill the dough in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C) upper/lower heat.

Form small balls out of the dough, roll them in powdered sugar...

...and bake in several stages one after the other on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 350 °F (180 °C) upper and lower heat for about 15 minutes.

Bon appetit!
