“Scrambled food” for dinner
Ingredients
50 g oat flakes
200 ml water
1 pinch of salt
240 g Skyr
200 g cooked fish from the previous day
Preparation
Heat the water, add salt and oat flakes and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes until the oat flakes are soft.
Allow to cool slightly, then mix with the Skyr.
Shred the cooked fish...
...and mix with the porridge-Skyr mixture.
Season with a little salt if necessary and enjoy as a traditional Icelandic dinner.
