Skyr drink
In Iceland you can get Skyrdrykkur in practically every supermarket, no matter how small. Of course, you can make it yourself with Skyr!
Ingredients per jar
250 ml Skyr
80 g frozen blueberries
30 g frozen strawberries
1/2 ripe banana
5 ice cubes
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender, puree everything thoroughly, strain through a sieve and then enjoy straight away!
