Fiskur i skyrsósu

Fish in skyr sauce


Ingredients

800 g haddock
1 chopped onion
200 g fresh mushrooms
200 g cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp butter

200 g skyr
200 g sour cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp curry powder


Preparation

Melt the butter in a large pan.

Fry the chopped onion, add the chopped mushrooms and the cauliflower florets to the pan and let them fry briefly.


For the sauce, mix the skyr with the sour cream, sugar, mustard and curry powder.


Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces...
