Skyr Tiramisu
Ingredients for 6 servings
8 ladyfingers
200 g nut mixture
900 ml skyr
200 ml whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Cocoa powder for dusting
Raspberries and blueberries for decoration
Preparation
Chop the nuts. Heat and brown them in a pan without oil. Then let them cool down.
Crush the ladyfingers mix with the nuts.
Stir together skyr, whipping cream, vanilla, sugar and lemon juice and beat until frothy.
Fill glasses or a bowl with a layer of the nut-ladyfinger-mixture, cover it with a layer of skyr cream, continue layer by layer and end with the nut-ladyfinger-mixture.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with some raspberries and blueberries. Let it steep for at least 6 hours in the fridge.
