Túnfisksalat með kotasælu

Tuna salad with cottage cheese


Ingredients

1 can of tuna
200 g cottage cheese
1/2 head of cauliflower
1 red onion
1 tsp mustard
fresh coriander
salt and pepper


Preparation

First wash and clean the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.


Then cook the florets in salted water until soft, about 10 minutes.


Then remove it from the water, drain well and let it cool.


Chop the red onion small.


Wash the fresh coriander and chop it finely.


Place the tuna, cottage cheese, onion, chopped coriander, salt and pepper in a large bowl and stir thoroughly.


Then add the cauliflower florets...


...and mix everything thoroughly.


If necessary, let the finished salad sit in the fridge for a bit and then serve.
