Berry smoothie
If my "Icelandic diet" doesn't include oat flakes or skyr, I like to resort to a berry smoothie like this one.
Ingredients for 2 people
150 g fresh spinach leaves
250 g frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
150 g milk
2 Tbsp soft oat flakes
1 Tbsp honey
5 ice cubes
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender,...
...puree thoroughly until you have a really uniform mixture and then serve immediately.
My husband was initially concerned when he saw the mixture - but after the first sip he was convinced. This can happen more often!
