Crab salad


Ingredients for 2 people

1 cucumber
1sour apple
1 red onion
250 g crabs
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 pinch of black pepper

1 Tbsp olive oil
50 ml whipping cream


Preparation

Wash, peel and grate the cucumber.


Also peel and grate the apple.


Chop the onion finely.


In a large bowl, mix the cucumber, apple and onion with the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

For the salad dressing, whip the cream until stiff and mix with the olive oil.

Pour the sauce over the salad and then serve immediately.


PS:

Just for fun, I prepared the crab salad here as a "layered salad", it simply looks more attractive - when you eat it, it is then mixed directly on the plate. Tastes very tasty and nice and spicy!
