Súkkulaði skyr eftirréttir

Chocolate skyr dessert


Here's a recipe for a spontaneous chocolate skyr dessert, quickly mixed together and left to cool for 1 to 2 hours.


Ingredients for 4 servings

100 g oatmeal cookies
25 g chopped chocolate
1 Tbsp baking cocoa
30 g melted margarine

50 g sugar
2 egg yolks
1 pinch of ground vanilla
450 g pure Skyr
50 g Nutella

1 tsp cocoa for decoration


Preparation

Grind the oatmeal cookies thoroughly. Mix with the chopped chocolate and cocoa. Then stir in the melted margarine and distribute the biscuit mixture into four dessert glasses, gently pressing it into the bottom.

For the chocolate skyr mixture, first stir the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy, then add the ground vanilla. Fold in the Skyr, add Nutella and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Then divide the whole thing evenly between the four dessert glasses.

Carefully dust the chocolate skyr with the cocoa and then put it in the freezer for approx. 1 - 2 hours and let it solidify, then serve.
