Blueberry dessert
Ingredients
700 g vanilla skyr
250 ml whipping cream
1 tsp ground vanilla
8 Tbsp sugar
250 g blueberries
Preparation
Put 200 g of the blueberries in a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of sugar...
...and let everything simmer until it becomes a relatively uniform mass. Then puree and let cool well.
Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the vanilla Skyr, vanilla and the remaining sugar.
Pour half of the mixture into dessert glasses and chill.
Mix the other half of the skyr mixture with the cooled blueberry puree and pour into the dessert glasses.
Wash and clean the remaining 50 g of blueberries and add them to the Skyr mixture in the dessert glasses for decoration.
Serve the blueberry dessert well chilled.
