Spice bread
Ingredients
240 g oat flakes
320 g flour
300 g sugar
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp cocoa
1 tsp ginger
400 ml buttermilk
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and work into a smooth dough.
Then pour the finished dough into two loaf pans lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 325 °F (160 °C) for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Let the finished bread cool down - it really tastes great with butter and dandelion syrup , for example!
