Arugula salad with apple dressing
Ingredients
200 g rocket
200 g sour cream
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2 apples
Preparation
Wash and clean the rocket, then drain well.
To make the dressing, mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth.
Wash, peel and grate the apples into small pieces.
Mix the grated apples with the remaining dressing.
Add the rocket, mix everything well and serve immediately.
