Kakósúpa

Cocoa soup


Ingredients


3 Tbsp cocoa
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
250 ml water
250 ml milk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 pinch of salt



Preparation

Mix the cocoa powder with the sugar and cinnamon, put everything in a pot and slowly add the water, stirring.

Continue heating and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the milk, continue to heat and simmer for a few more minutes.

Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water and a few spoonfuls of the cocoa broth, stir until smooth and then stir in until the soup becomes solid.

Season with salt.
