Baunastappa

Pea puree


Ingredients

400 g frozen peas
2 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp cream
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp mint pepper


Preparation

Place the frozen peas in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.

Melt the butter in a second pot and then heat the peas with the cream in it for a while.

Then puree the fried peas and season with mint, salt and pepper.


Serve as a side dish with meat or fish dishes.
