Bláberjasúpa

Blueberry soup



Ingredients

500 g blueberries
1 liter of water
100 g sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
 


Preparation

Wash the blueberries thoroughly and put them in a pot with the water, then heat the whole thing slowly.

Add the sugar and simmer for about five minutes.


Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch in a little cold water.

Remove the pot with the blueberries from the heat and stir in the starch until the soup is slightly thickened.


Then serve the warm soup with dry bread and a splash of liquid cream or whipped cream .
