Coleslaw


Ingredients

1/2 white cabbage
3 carrots
2 apples
2 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp orange juice
salt and pepper


Preparation

Wash and clean the white cabbage. Wash and peel the carrots and apples. Then chop all the vegetables finely.


In a large bowl, mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and orange juice...
