Skyr bowl with blueberries
Normally we always have cereal with milk or Skyr for breakfast during the week, but a little variety every now and then is nice. Here's a recipe for a bowl with skyr, lots of blueberries, banana and a bit of muesli and coconut flakes for an additional "cracking effect". But I admit, I prepared our Skyr bowl the evening before, but we're always a little short on time in the morning...
Ingredients for 2 servings
350 g vanilla skyr
1 tsp cinnamon
150 g frozen blueberries
2 bananas
2 Tbsp blueberries
2 Tbsp muesli
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
Preparation
Put the vanilla skyr with the blueberries, cinnamon and a banana in the blender and puree thoroughly.
Then pour the skyr mixture into two bowls.
Peel the second banana and cut into thin slices.
Then decorate the skyr with the banana slices, blueberries, muesli and coconut flakes and serve immediately.
