Chocolate puree
 My husband is currently working on doing something for his health and also losing weight. I do my best to support him in this - and also, if possible, to adapt the recipes that I am currently trying out to his low-carbohydrate diet. So here is a corresponding chocolate cream! 
 125 ml whipping cream
 60 g dark chocolate
 1 Tbsp syrup
 250 g mascarpone
 1 pinch of ground vanilla
 1 Tbsp syrup
 Preparation
 Place the whipping cream and dark chocolate in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until the chocolate has melted and the sauce slowly thickens. 
 Then remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down a little.
 Mix the mascarpone with the ground vanilla and the syrup. 
 Fold in the chocolate mixture and mix into a smooth cream. 
 Then pour the chocolate puree into dessert glasses and keep it cold in the fridge until serving. 
 Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
