Síldarsalat

Classic herring salad



Ingredients

4 marinated herring fillets
250 g beetroot (cooked)
100 g potatoes (cooked)
2 - 3 pickled cucumbers
1 red onion
1 apple
300 g sour cream
2 Tbsp mustard
Seasoned Salt


Preparation

Cut the potatoes, pickles, onions and apple into relatively small pieces.

Break the herring into bite-sized pieces.
