Skyr waffles


120 g butter
120 g sugar
4 eggs
120 g skyr
120 g flour
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon


Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until frothy.

Mix in the eggs...

... and add skyr, flour, cardamom and cinnamon.

Stir everything well.

Then give the dough in portions into the preheated waffle iron and bake thoroughly.

Skyr waffles taste best when served warm with cream and fresh fruits.
