Rúnstykki með skyr og lakkrís súkkulaði

Skyr Rolls with Licorice Chocolate

Ingredients for 6 rolls

250 g vanilla skyr
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
80 g oat bran flakes
40 g wholemeal flour
2 eggs
60 g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
40 g licorice chocolate


Preheat oven to 180° C.

Carefully chop the licorice chocolate.

Put all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix it until the dough is smooth.

Make your hands wet and form six bread rolls.

Place the rolls on a lined baking tray, cut their surface crosswise...


... and bake them in preheated oven at 180 °C until the bread rolls achieve their golden brown color.
