Svarthvitur smakökur

Black-and-white Cookies


225 g flour
1 tsp cocoa
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
90 ml vegetable oil
300 g sugar
300 g dark chocolate
2 tsp ground vanilla
3 eggs
100 g icing sugar


Divide the dark chocolate into two parts - melt 120 g chocolate, chop up the remaining 180g chocolate.

Put the oil in a large bowl together with sugar, eggs, vanilla ...

...and mix it with the melted chocolate.

Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and stir everything into a smooth dough.

Finally, gently stir in the chopped chocolate.

Put the dough in the refrigerator
over night.

The next day, preheat the oven to 180 °.

Form the dough into small balls, roll them in powdered sugar ...


... and bake them on a lined baking tray in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180 °.
