Christmas Kisses


500 g flour
2 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp ginger
125 g sugar
125 g margarine
250 g syrup 
1 egg
150 g margarine 
150 g icing sugar
1 tsp ground vanilla



Thoroughly mix all ingredients for the dough (flour, baking soda, ginger, sugar, margarine, syrup and egg) and knead well. Place the dough in the fridge for some hours, preferably over night.
