Cloves biscuits


Ingredients
 

250 g wheat flour
250 g. brown sugar
125 g soft margarine
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves


Preparation

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and knead slowly until the dough is smooth.



Put the dough into the refrigerator for about 1 hour.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
 

Shape the dough into little balls and place them on a lined baking tray with enough room between them. Gently flatten them with a fork.
 


Bake at 180 ° C for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
