Warm fruit salat (vegan)


Ingredients

2 apples
2 mangoes
2 bananas
200 g grapes
1/2 watermelon
100 g chopped nuts

500 ml of water
200 g brown sugar
1 tsp ground vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

500 g of vanilla soy yogurt


Preparation

Wash the fruits, peel them and cut them into small cubes.



Mix the pieces of fruit with the chopped nuts.
 

Pour the water into a large saucepan with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, heat it slowly and let it simmer for a few minutes.


Pour the mixture of fruit and nuts into the sugar water and warm it up a bit at low heat.

Finally serve the warm fruit salad together with vanilla soy yogurt as dessert.



Tip:

If you have an ice cream maker, freeze the vanilla soy yogurt in the ice cream maker and serve it with the warm fruit salad. The contrast between the warm
fruits and the frozen soy yogurt makes the dessert incomparably tasty!
